Water Aerobics (begins September 29)
Tuesday & Thursday 7:00-7:45 p.m.
Get a great full body workout without all the stress on your joints or back! No swimming experience is necessary.
Water Jogging (begins September 29)
Tuesday & Thursday 8:00-8:45 p.m.
All the benefits of jogging without the wear & tear on your joints. Participants will be supported by float belts and led through a series of "jogging exercises" in deep water. No swimming experience is necessary. Ten minutes of water jogging is roughly equal to 30 minutes of conventional jogging.
Water Polo (begins September 29)
Tuesday 8:00-9:00 p.m.
Come and join this exciting, fast-paced game. If you are looking for a new exercise routine and have a competitive edge, this is the game for you. Swimming skill is required but knowledge of rules and regulations is not.
Students and faculty/staff are able to use the University's indoor
pool when a valid Titan card is presented. Alumni are eligible to use
the Albee pool when a valid Titan Affiliate ID card (may be obtained at
Titan Central), is presented and an annual membership is purchased for
$25 at the Student Rec and Wellness Center.
Guest Policy - People eligible to use the pool may sponsor 1 guest (18 years or older) during their swim time.
