About our Massage Therapist

Christopher Betow

Christopher has worked in the fitness field for nearly a decade. As a certified trainer and licensed massage therapist, he believes that the body performs optimally when all the parts are operating in balance with each other. As a massage therapist, it is my goal to help you relieve pain as well as restore full range of motion by manually manipulating the soft tissue of your body to relieve trigger points, increase circulation, and aid in the recovery process of the body. I specialize in sports massage or what can be best described as an integration of Swedish, NMT, ROM exercises, or "deep tissue" work.

Mike Good

Mike is a graduate of Fox Valley School of Massage. He is a nationally certified massage therapist by the National Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Mike specializes in the following types of massage - relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy. He is dedicated to helping each client reach their goals, whether it is just to relax or work out a trigger point in an aching muscle.

Mary Schneider

Mary is a recent graduate of Fox Valley School of Massage. She is familiar with the medical aspect of massage - working a problem area or areas to see results. She is also familiar with hot stone, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques.
