Regularly Enrolled Students
Currently enrolled UW Oshkosh student membership is covered by the payment of their Segregated University Fees. In order to gain access to the SRWC, students must present a valid UW Oshkosh ID card each and every time upon entrance. The term Segregated University Fee describes charges in addition to instructional fees assessed to all students for services, programs, and facilities that support the primary mission of the university.
Other UW Oshkosh Students
UW Oshkosh students, who have not paid the segregated fee, must pay the membership fee to use the SRWC. All students must possess a valid UW Oshkosh photo ID and enroll for the semester, prior to purchasing a membership for that semester. Print membership form.

Faculty and Staff Membership
UW Oshkosh regular, adjunct, and emeriti faculty-staff that have paid their membership fee and also possess a valid UW Oshkosh ID card may access the SRWC. Membership length is limited to the terms and length of the faculty or staff member’s contract. Payment may be made by cash, check, or Titan dollars. Payroll deduction is an option and is highly encouraged.
To apply either complete the membership forms available at our front desk or you can print a copy from our website. Please refer to the Membership Fee schedule below for dates and pricing.
Continued employment is required to use the SRWC once fees have been paid. If a contract or employment is discontinued, you lose building access and all fees are forfeited. DO NOT purchase an annual or summer membership if you only have a semester appointment. Academic year employees may purchase an annual membership if their contract is renewed. Refunds will not be given. Limited Term Employees (LTE’s) who have not worked (e.g. no hours entered in the payroll system) in the past 30 days will have their membership terminated.

Spouse and Domestic Partner Membership
Currently enrolled UW-Oshkosh students and faculty/staff with a current UW-Oshkosh appointment and SRWC membership may purchase a membership for their spouse or domestic partner to use the SRWC.
To be eligible as a domestic partner, the student or employee and his/her partner must be in an established domestic partnership of at least six months and meet the criteria set forth in the Domestic partner Affidavit, UWS-50. A domestic partner may be of the same or opposite sex.

) is required for enrollment and two forms of documentation proving the relationship (acceptable documentation is listed below).
If a domestic partnership terminates, a Statement of Termination, UWS-51 ( http://www.uwsa.edu/hr/benefits/ins/uws51.pdf
) must be completed and submitted to the campus HR Office along with the applicable insurance and ERA form(s). There must be at least a six-month qualifying period before another domestic partnership can be certified.
A married couple must provide a marriage certificate/license or two forms of documentation proving their marriage (acceptable documentation is listed below).
Acceptable documentation:
- Domestic Partnership agreement, including, but not limited to, legal registration of the domestic partner relationship with a local, state, federal, or foreign government
- Joint mortgage, lease, or title; or currently share the same residence and intend to do so indefinitely
- Designation of domestic partner or spouse as beneficiary for life insurance or retirement contract
- Durable property or healthcare powers of attorney
- Joint ownership or motor vehicle, joint checking account, or joint credit account
Spouse/Domestic Partners are not eligible to participate in intramural sports, club sports or instructional programs.
The sponsoring student, faculty, or staff member must maintain continuous University affiliation (I.e. students must be enrolled and faculty/staff must have a current appointment) throughout the time frame covered by the Spouse/Domestic Partner pass or facility privileges associated with that pass are suspended and all fees are forfeited. Discontinued enrollment of the student or termination of the faculty/staff will result in revocation of the Spouse/Domestic Partner pass.

Refund Policy
Memberships will not be refunded if employment or enrollment is terminated with UW Oshkosh. Refunds will only be given for a period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase or seven (7) days from when your membership becomes active, and refunds will be no greater than 50% of the membership fee that was paid.
Guest Policy
UW Oshkosh regularly enrolled students, UW Oshkosh students who have paid the membership fee, and UW Oshkosh F/S members may sponsor ($5/guest/day) up to 2 guests (total of 12 guests/semester or term). Guests must be at least 18 years of age (must present a picture ID to verify age) and be accompanied by their sponsor who is responsible for their behavior. Guests must have insurance to cover any injury that may occur using the SRWC. Guest pass fees are non-refundable.
