Free Fitness Assessment and Training Session
Your SRWC membership includes a complimentary fitness assessment and training session with one of our personal trainers. At your assessment, you will run through an appropriate exercise program for you, based on your fitness needs, preferences and goals. You will also receive an equipment orientation to make sure you are properly and safely using equipment.
Additional Training Sessions
60 minute sessions
3 sessions $24 ($8 per session)
5 sessions $40 ($8 per session)
10 sessions $70 ($7 per session)
3 sessions $48 ($16 per session)
5 sessions $80 ($16 per session)
10 sessions $150 ($15 per session)
Payment for training sessions/packages is due after the initial fitness assessment and training session have been completed. Further sessions will be conducted only after payment has been received.
A six-hour notice is required to reschedule all training sessions, fitness assessments, and equipment orientations. No refunds will be given for cancelled sessions or no-shows. To reschedule an appointment, individuals must directly contact their assigned personal trainer. After 2 late notices of cancellation (within 6 hrs of the appointment) or no-shows, the SRWC reserves the right to cancel any further sessions with no refund. This frees our trainers up to work with the several other requests we receive.
